LEG OF LAMB
TOFG Greek Seasoning
1 Leg of Lamb
1 bag of tri colored carrots (3 medium sized carrots)
1 Red Onion
1 cup Red Wine
Salt and pepper
5 sprigs of Rosemary
2 sprigs fresh Thyme
Preheat oven to 450F.
Roughly chop carrots and onions and place in baking dish.
Fill bottom of dish with 1 cup red wine.
Coat leg of lamb in olive oil thoroughly. Salt and pepper lamb generously and add TOFG Greek Seasoning evenly. Place on top of onions and carrots in baking dish.
Place sprigs of rosemary and sprigs of thyme on top of leg of lamb.
Bake at 450F for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes lower to 375F and bake 17 minutes for every lb.
