1 tbsp TOFG Tequila Lime Seasoning
1-2 lb bag fresh or cooked frozen shrimp
¼ cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 avocado, diced
Handful of cherry tomatoes, diced
1 pack of street taco tortillas (or any tortilla to make tacos)
Thaw shrimp if needed or cook fresh shrimp.
Use a container with a seal or a gallon ziplock bag.
Combine olive oil, TOFG Tequila Lime Seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Add thawed or fresh shrimp and coat.
Refrigerate and marinate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve: layer tortilla with avocado, tomato, and shrimp.
